Advantages of waking up early
From Lemony Snicket's poem, Mornings are an important time of the day; how you spend your morning can often tell what kind of day you will have. In plain words, Mornings determine the rest of the day.
So many medical and natural benefits have been put up based on waking up early;

Most times, when we wake up, we scramble through getting all our morning rituals done before stepping out. Sometimes we even leave out some that don’t look too important or necessary to us or shift it to later in the day when we are less busy. The reverse is the case when we wake up early! There is ebnough time to do all the morning routine and even on our own pace, even having a plan for the rest of the day.

When you wake up early to strategically plan your day, assigning what is to be done and at what time it is to be done, you are on a better path compared to one that just go through the day as it comes without proper and efficient planning.The amazing thing is, when you plan your day, you can at the end of the day, measure your level of productivity for the day and work on the lapses unlike the other person who doesn’t have any measuring yardstick for himself or herself.
